Tommy Ganz has been coaching young men since 1982.  Having served in many capacities in area youth programs, he has enjoyed working with young players from T-ball all the way through collegiate levels.  While living in South Florida, he coached at two top nationally ranked high schools.  Those schools, American Heritage Prep and Chaminade-Madonna College Prep, have had many players drafted to professional baseball while under the tutelage of the great coaching staff that included Tommy Ganz.  In 2001, Tommy started the New England Baseball Academy which has grown into one of the most respected teaching academies in the New England Area.
